The Person Behind the Process
Anthony Ferrando founded Mortgage Austin to prove that getting a home loan doesn’t have to be complicated, expensive, or impersonal. With over 14 years of experience in the industry, he built a team that puts people first.
Our Story
Anthony Ferrando started in real estate back in 2012. Over the years, he built his career entirely by referral, one client at a time, earning trust through results and communication. But the more time he spent inside the mortgage industry, the more he saw the same problems repeated at every big company: bloated overhead, rotating teams of strangers handling your file, and rates that were higher than they needed to be because someone had to pay for all that overhead.
So he asked himself a question that changed everything:
“If I came to myself for a mortgage, and I did not shop around, could I get a great rate every time and would it be easy? That became the standard.”
That question led to Ferrando Financial LLC, the company behind Mortgage Austin. A lean, client-first operation where every borrower works directly with their loan officer from start to finish. No call centers. No hand-offs. No inflated costs passed along in the form of a higher rate. Just a team that treats your mortgage like it matters, because it does.
